I’ve owned my own landscaping company for 20 years and this time a year is brutal for me. Yesterday I had 800mg of caffeine just to stay awake and it still didn’t work that well. It’s going to be like this until the first frost unfortunately.

I have been prediabetic for over 20 years, and it's always at the last number of 2 numbers before you have diabetes. Suddenly I started getting neuropathy in many places, particularly my right knee and leg and ankle and so my foot isn't picking up properly. I am totally fatigued. And noticed raised areas on my crown with a sore spot of an inch on each side there as well. I thought the neuropathy was due to the high glucose in my body because I eat lots of carbs and I am eating all the time I am awake now, however my A1C had come down 3 points 2 weeks ago. I have a neck that needs another operation from the disc disease from a bad fall decades ago, and my teeth have been infected, so I had a couple pool a few weeks ago, and I am wondering if the infection spread to other parts of my body because I wear a pain patch and don't feel pain from the infection like one normally would. I don't know what is wrong, but am thinking something is very wrong to have hit me like this with so much neuropathy, I had some previously but nothing like what has recently hit me. I am 72 female

I broke my left-side collarbone in 2010 while I was about 14. It was right in the middle and considered malunion. I was taken to the ER and they recommended me to just use a sling. I regret it not having surgery. At the time, my family was not in the best spot financially, but if I knew the amount of constant pain I have to endure thru the left side of my neck, near my scapula, my traps, and even right under my collarbone. It has been 14 years later and I'm hoping that corrective surgery is still a possibility for me. I would love to go thru my day without constantly adjusting my neck, my back and those areas I've described. On top of that, it's a structural problem. Meaning, it is hard to maintain good posture throughout the day since my left shoulder naturally wants to droop forward due to my collarbone. Sleep is even starting to become a problem. I mean, the body is all connected. If the body suffers something that causes a postural problem, why don't they recommend more surgeries? To be fair, I am still functional. I am able to perform 23 pull-ups, rock climb, and still maintain my agility and athleticism. However, this constant pain is more like a constant mental stressor. Can anyone else relate?? Did any of you get corrective surgery years later? If so, did it make it better? I've gone to physical therapy. Strengthening muscles will only help so much when my structure is working against me.

Our bad breath comes from lpr/silent reflux or Pepsin. It stays in the throat, sinus, ears causing post nasal drip. Now bacteria grows in the mouth because of the acid and mucus. Brushing won't help because its a stubborn bacteria... Spray baking soda in alkaline water in your throat and nostrils to cancel pepsin, but this is only temporary cure.. Fix your gut first, then get guided biofilm therapy to kill all the bacteria and biofilm that grew in the oral cavity and tongue.. My local dentist offers this and this has made my mouth the cleanest it has ever been, no more bad breath for a week even if i dont brush in the morning... But of course i have silent reflux, so bad breath came back.. 😢😅 If you don't fix your gut first , it will just keep coming back whatever you do in your mouth..

I’ve had a weird pressure headache and stabbing pains for 2 mths straight that came out of nowhere. Stroke-like symptoms and ton of neurological symptoms that come & go. Migraine medication somewhat helping. My dr ordered MRI but it’s a week from now. No idea what’s goin on. Was diagnosed with narcolepsy prior but sleep study didn’t prove it. Now have Alice in wonderland syndrome and everything else under the sun. Bloodwork, thyroid, bp, etc is normal

My MRI didn’t show a stroke or brain tumor. It showed bunch of white matter lesions in Parietal lobe in the area the stabbing pain is in. My PCP believes it’s from the complex migraines but I have all the symptoms of parietal lobe seizures and didn’t respond to migraine medications. He put me on high dose of seizure meds which is helping. Have no idea what’s going on

I discovered I had bad breath at 22 years and have lived with it for 9 years, Honestly speaking it affects my life so bad that I could use any help to get rid of it which I couldn't find until last year when I saw a recommendation about Dr.Emovon on UA-cam curing Herpes virus, Hiv, Cancer, EBV, HPV and all kinds of disease. I quickly contacted him and used his prescribed medication for a month and immediately the treatment I went for another pap smear test that confirmed me cured... I am a living testimony from DrEmovon on UA-cam channel good works.....❤❤❤❤

I don’t drink as much as these commenters do I don’t think. All I know is I can’t go more than a couple days without drinking. When I do and I’m out at the bar I drink until I black out most times. I drive drunk, sometimes wake up still drunk. When I decide I want to drink it’s because of a thought pattern I’m in. I crave it even as I wait right now to go get ice cream with a girl that will be breaking up with me after last Fridays shit show. I really don’t know if alcoholism is about the quantity you drink, rather what it does to your mind. Does it infect your thoughts. Are you yourself or your ideal self after a few beers. Do you need alcohol to feel normal and carefree. I don’t know why I made excuses up for myself for the last couple of years. I am an alcoholic and I need f*cking help.
